- I have been training and working with dogs as both a hobby and a career for nearly a decade now. I aspire to run my own business training, breeding, and raising personal protection and Schutzhund dogs. I'd also like to run a rescue for last-chance dogs, taming the beast within and fitting them with well-qualified adoptive families. I currently run my own dog training business in San Diego and enjoy every minute of it. I plan on getting a degree in zoology, animal sciences, and animal behavior so that I may also observe and understand canines at their roots, in their primitive forms. If you can't afford it, you're not mentally or physically prepared, or you're looking to schmooze a quick buck, stay away from the animals. For those of you who can take it, welcome. well done! i've got a few dogs lined up for spaying soon, they are well overdue for it, including my old brood dog. she turns 7 in july and had her last litter nov. 23. after that, i'll be out of the breeding business for a while, probably move on to a new breed. (don't worry, all 300 bucks per dog goes straight to the animal shelter, which is surprisingly empty this year). anyways, i asked before, but i wasn't sure you got down to reading it, do you mind critiquing my blog?
